There are many reasons why an ICT installation needs to be maintained. Duties range from general house keeping, backups, client security, patch management, software compatibility and degradation through to hardware failure. All of these points require reliable, technically competent support. In many cases proactive intervention can help prevent these issues before they occur. To this aim 3Tech Systems provide structured support services for all aspects of ICT.
The levels of support we provided include complete site responsibility where all day to day activities are undertaken, to “day-rate” onsite support time as requested. The size, complexity and on-site personnel availability of a school determines how a support contract should be structured, it is our intention to taylor our services to your requirements.
3Tech Systems use the latest Microsoft Customer Relations Manager (CRM) software package to store, monitor and assist with all help desk activities. This package allows us to track all calls and provide reporting of all activities to our customers.
