3Tech Systems utilise internal systems that allow us to monitor and analyse all incoming calls for technical support. This information is detailed, archived and is invaluable for keeping track of current issues and ensuring problems do not reoccur.
We utilise Microsoft’s Customer Relations Manager (CRM) software package that has a section specifically designed to assist with call centre services. Our investment in this product has been considerable and with this infrastructure in place the benefits to us can be passed onto our customers.
