This job was quite large and required additional temporary installation engineers, it would not have been possible for us to complete on time without them. The financial outlay required to allow for this amount of work was considerable and required careful cash-flow planning. The installation work was completed on time and the customer paid promptly, which was helpful.
The issue experienced with the electrical sub-contractors was unavoidable but ultimately this slowed our work rate and was not under our control. This has high-lighted the need to provide electrical installation services as part of our portfolio. Our team has now been strengthened with the addition of qualified electrical engineers partners that can carry out any mains supply work as necessary.
