Interactive Whiteboard Installation
Brief
A recent high volume installation has been completed by 3Tech Systems for one of our education partners. Our team has provided IT hardware and support for this site for several years, including network infrastructure cabling & wireless. We are a BECTA approved supplier and installer for IT equipment and have installed several interactive whiteboard packages.
The school had a budget for interactive whiteboards and wanted to install as many as possible. We would be required to specify, supply, install and provide support. As usual this work would be put to tender and our quotation would be one of several considered. Even though the installation work may not actually be carried out by ourselves we were asked to specify the requirement, which we did as part of our “total support” approach for this key customer.
The total number of units installed would be 35 complete interactive whiteboards, projectors and audio systems, with an additional 55 projectors and audio systems separately, a total of 90 rooms.
