Project acceptance had affectively been achieved during the Pilot stage, if any problems had been encountered (that were not rectifiable) the work would not have been carried out. As expected the hardware installation went smoothly and no faults have been reported since (approximately 3 months on). The customer is happy with the package now in place and is using the reporting to control and continually reassess his business model. The key here is quality, reliable data presented in a usable format.
